Saturday party and Thursday protest
EG GE
Athens, GA
8. Mai 2015 — Parents, Grandparents, Signatories,
On Thursday May 14, 2015 from 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM, The Embassy of the Slovak Republic at
25 Kensington Palace Gardens, London U.K.
will be hosting a Round Table on Child Protection Issues of the European Union Minors in the United Kingdom.
Political and legal representatives from the Slovak Republic, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, European Parliament; Germany, Ireland, Poland will meet with U.K. Court judges and lawyers, CAFCASS, ICACU and Department of Education.
As you may have already noticed, it is a discussion on Child Protective Issues which neither includes Parental Alienation issues nor parent's representatives.
The 28 member states of the European Union are also member states of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). The CRC is an international treaty that supersedes domestic laws to replace national laws with the CRC yearly interpretations and mandates of the Committee on the Rights of the Child.
The CRC Article 3 "Best Interest of the Child" is the guise used by governments, politicians, child protective agencies, lawyers and judges for forced removal, forced Foster care placement and forced adoption of children. In spite of the international Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the crime of Genocide article 2.e. "Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group," the Committee on the Rights of the Child enforces and monitors compliance with those criminal actions against children.
On the other hand, Parental Alienation is not legally recognized as a crime in any jurisdiction except for Brazil and Mexico. Parental Alienation must be globally outlawed and punished as crime against humanity. The Rome Statute of International Criminal Court, specifies as criminal "Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health." Any mother, father, grandparent and family affected by Parental Alienation can attest to the permanent damages inflicted by parental alienation crimes and criminals.
Any round table discussion on Child Protection Issues must include Parental Alienation Issues. As it stand today, fathers and mothers fundamental, inalienable rights inherent in natural biological parenthood are not recognized by United Nations, Human Rights Commission, European Union or any other international agency, in fact, nobody! That is why it is imperative to sign and share the petition to UN by clicking on the link above.
Although it is very nice that European Union embassies will open their doors Saturday May 9th, 2015 to the public to eat and drink from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. See link below. Nevertheless, on Thursday May 14, 2015 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM parents will protest demanding parental rights at the Slovak Republic Embassy in London.
